释义	法律分析：工伤鉴定应该在经治疗伤情相对稳定后存在残疾、影响劳动能力的时候进行。1、申请，向设区的市级劳动能力鉴定委员会提出;2、提交材料，包括工伤认定决定和职工工伤医疗的有关资料;3、配合劳动委员会进行劳动能力鉴定。劳动能力鉴定委员会会在自收到劳动能力鉴定申请之日起60日内作出劳动能力鉴定结论，并及时送给申请人。法律依据：《工伤保险条例》第二十三条劳动能力鉴定由用人单位、工伤职工或者其近亲属向设区的市级劳动能力鉴定委员会提出申请，并提供工伤认定决定和职工工伤医疗的有关资料。
