法律分析：公婆去世有丧假。国家丧假的适用范围仅限于职工本人结婚或职工直系亲属中的配偶、父母、子女，公婆属于直系亲属，在丧假适用的范围内，可以依法享受1—3天丧假。
法律依据：《关于国营企业职工请婚丧假和路程假问题的规定》
第一条 职工本人结婚或职工的直系亲属（父母、配偶和子女）死亡时，可以根据具体情况，由本单位行政领导批准，酌情给予一至三天的婚丧假。
第二条 职工结婚时双方不在一地工作的；职工在外地的直系亲属死亡时需要职工本人去外地料理丧事的，都可以根据路程远近，另给予路程假。
