释义	法律分析: 银行托收是债权人(出口方)委托银行向债务人(进口方)收取货款的一种结算方式。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国托收统一规则》第二条可对托收作如下定义：托收是指由接到委托指示的银行处理金融单据或商业单据以便取得承兑或付款，或凭承兑或付款交出商业单据，或凭其他条件交出单据。其基本做法是出口方先行发货，然后备妥包括运输单据(通常是海运提单)在内的货运单据并开出汇票，把全套跟单汇票交出口地银行(托收行)，委托其通过进口地的分行或代理行(代收行)向进口方收取货款。
