释义	1、股权变更提交资料后可以撤销。公司根据股东会或者股东大会、董事会决议已办理变更登记的，人民法院宣告该决议无效或者撤销该决议后，公司应当向公司登记机关申请撤销变更登记，提交公司法定代表人签署的申请书，人民法院的裁判文书。2、向公司登记机关申请撤销变更登记的，应当提交下列文件：（一）公司法定代表人签署的申请书；（二）人民法院的裁判文书。法律依据《公司法》第二十二条
