释义	法律分析：不可以延长时间，未在准考证明有效期内通过驾照的全部考试的，已通过成绩作废，必须从头开始考试。不能申请延长准考证明有效期。法律依据：《机动车驾驶证申领和使用规定》第三十二条初次申请机动车驾驶证或者申请增加准驾车型的，科目一考试合格后，车辆管理所应当在一日内核发驾驶技能准考证明。驾驶技能准考证明的有效期为三年，申请人应当在有效期内完成科目二和科目三考试。未在有效期内完成考试的，已考试合格的科目成绩作废。
