释义	经济欺诈是指以获取不平等的经济利益为目的，在经济活动中故意以不真实的情况作为真实的意思表示，使他人判断错误，从而达到在发生、变更、消灭一定经济法律关系时获得优于对方当事人的经济利益的行为。构成经济欺诈的条件，一是行为人主观上有欺骗对方的故意；二是客观上实施了一定程度的欺骗行为；三是使对方当事人产生错觉签订了合同；四是合同没有履行或没有完全履行，使对方当事人蒙受经济损失。
