释义	婚前体检不是必须的，但是婚前体检是有好处的。婚前检查，是为了检查当事人是否有一些不适宜结婚的疾病存在，或者当事人是否存在着对结婚后有潜在影响的一些疾病。法律依据: 《婚姻登记条例》第六条办理结婚登记的当事人有下列情形之一的，婚姻登记机关不予登记：（一）未到法定结婚年龄的；（二）非双方自愿的；（三）一方或者双方已有配偶的；（四）属于直系血亲或者三代以内旁系血亲的；（五）患有医学上认为不应当结婚的疾病的。
