释义	2016年营转非车辆报废年限规定根据机动车强制报废标准规定：1、小型载客汽车，使用性质为出租营转非，排气量大于1升(含)的，强制报废年限为8年;2、小、微型载客汽车，使用性质为出租营转非的，排气量小于1升的，强制报废年限为6年。上述车辆达到国家强制报废期标准的应按照相关法律法规进行报废，并及时办理注销登记手续，不能继续使用。法律依据《关于调整汽车报废标准若干规定的通知》第八条
