释义	法律分析：如果各方持有的合同文本都有相同的手写内容，手写内容与打印部分的内容有矛盾的，视为手写部分对打印部分的修改，以手写部分为准。当然不管哪一部分，首先以各方共同认可的部分为准。至于合同是否有效，是另外一个概念。不违反法律行政法规的效力性规定的合同，都是有效的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百零二条依法成立的合同，自成立时生效，但是法律另有规定或者当事人另有约定的除外。第五百四十三条当事人协商一致，可以变更合同。
