释义	法律分析：我国银监会有明确规定，银行员工不得参与任何形式的民间借贷活动，一经发现，做开除处罚。法律依据：《中华人民共和国商业银行法》第八十五条商业银行工作人员利用职务上的便利，贪污、挪用、侵占本行或者客户资金，构成犯罪的，依法追究刑事责任;尚不构成犯罪的，应当给予纪律处分。第八十六条商业银行工作人员违反本法规定玩忽职守造成损失的，应当给予纪律处分;构成犯罪的，依法追究刑事责任。违反规定徇私向亲属、朋友发放贷款或者提供担保造成损失的，应当承担全部或者部分赔偿责任。
