车辆越过斑马线停车算闯红灯吗

法律主观：
车停在斑马线上，一般不会算闯红灯。只要过了停车线以后停车的，就不是闯红灯了。闯红灯，就是指机动车在红灯亮、禁止超车的情况下，越过停车线继续行驶的行为。不管什么原因，闯红灯的违法行为都将会依法受到处罚。

第四十四条
机动车通过交叉路口，应当按照交通信号灯、交通标志、交通标线或者交通警察的指挥通过；
通过没有交通信号灯、交通标志、交通标线或者交通警察指挥的交叉路口时，应当减速慢行，并让行人和优先通行的车辆先行。
