释义	法律分析：服役年限计分，义务兵和服现役12年以内（含）的士官，每服役一年计3分；士官服现役满12年后，每多服役1年计5分。先服役年限不满6个月的按照6个月计算，超过6个月不满一年的按照一年计算。法律依据：《中国人民解放军现役士兵服役条例》第八条士官退出现役作复员或者转业安置的，第一期、第二期由团(旅)级单位批准;第三期、第四期由师(旅)级单位批准;第五期、第六期由军级单位批准。士官退出现役作退休安置的，由军级单位批准;改按义务兵退伍的，由师(旅)级以上单位批准。
