高耗能项目的规定是什么？

我国目前并未对高耗能能耗有规定，只规定了高耗能行业为：化学原料及化学制品制造业、黑色金属冶炼及压延加工业、有色金属冶炼及压延加工业、非金属矿物制品业、石油加工炼焦及核燃料加工业、电力热力的生产和供应业。具体标准可以看各地方计量院制定的标准。
法律依据：
《高耗能特种设备节能监督管理办法》 第二条 本办法所称高耗能特种设备，是指在使用过程中能源消耗量或者转换量大，并具有较大节能空间的锅炉、换热压力容器、电梯等特种设备。
