移动公司中午可以办理业务。中国移动的营业厅中午是上班的，一般会早上8：30上班，晚上6：00左右下班，不同的地区会有所区别。中国移动营业厅工作是倒班制，全年上班，节假日也不休息，部分地区会进行调休，在重大的节假日会减少工作人员，但是不会不上班的。

《国务院关于职工工作时间的规定》
第三条 职工每日工作8小时，每周工作40小时。
第四条 在特殊条件下从事劳动和有特殊情况，需要适当缩短工作时间的，按照国家有关规定执行。
