释义	法律分析：委托合同终止后，如果因解除委托合同而给对方造成损失的，除不可归责于自己的事由外，解除合同的一方应当赔偿损失；因受托人死亡、丧失民事行为能力或者破产，致使委托合同终止的，受托人的继承人、法定代理人或者清算组织应当及时通知委托人。法律依据《中华人民共和国民法典》第九百一十九条委托合同是委托人和受托人约定，由受托人处理委托人事务的合同。《民法典》第九百二十条委托人可以特别委托受托人处理一项或者数项事务，也可以概括委托受托人处理一切事务。
