释义	法律分析：所谓环境侵权，是指侵权人在使用自己的财产时由于向环境排放污染物或者改变环境的物理、化学、生物属性导致环境收到污染或者导致环境状况发生改变，从而侵害受害人合法权利和利益。与传统侵权行为相比较，环境侵权案件有以下几种特点：（一）加害主体方往往是能创造利税和就业岗位的污染企业；（二）加害行为的行政合法性；（三）受害人人数众多；（四）因果关系的复杂多样性。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千二百二十九条因污染环境、破坏生态造成他人损害的，侵权人应当承担侵权责任。
