释义	法律分析: 立功线索需要交代来源。立功的认定机关需要通过核实立功线索来源来决定是否成立立功。如果是通过非法手段或者非法途径获取的、他人违反监管规定向犯罪分子提供的或被告人亲属或辩护律师将自己知晓或者贿买的犯罪线索通过监管人员、律师会见等途径传递给在押被告人，然后由被告人检举揭发的均不能认定为立功。《刑法》第六十八条犯罪分子有揭发他人犯罪行为，查证属实的，或者提供重要线索，从而得以侦破其他案件等立功表现的，可以从轻或者减轻处罚；有重大立功表现的，可以减轻或者免除处罚。
