释义	如果是在绿灯的时候通过了停止线，但是当车辆到待转区时变为红灯，这时在停止线内停车是合法的，不算闯红灯也不算违章停车，更不会被扣分罚款。法律依据：《道路交通安全法》　第四十四条　机动车通过交叉路口，应当按照交通信号灯、交通标志、交通标线或者交通警察的指挥通过；通过没有交通信号灯、交通标志、交通标线或者交通警察指挥的交叉路口时，应当减速慢行，并让行人和优先通行的车辆先行。
