释义	法律分析: 合同上签署是写自己名字。合同不是本人签字是否有法律效力，要视具体的情况而定：要是代签人是在被授权之后签字，也就是代签人在代理权限内代替本人签字的，或者是本人明知道代签人利用自己的名义在合同上签字而没有作出否认表示的，签字是有效的，合同也会有法律效力。《中华人民共和国民法典》第四百六十五条依法成立的合同，受法律保护。依法成立的合同，仅对当事人具有法律约束力，但是法律另有规定的除外。
