释义	法律分析: 地役权和其他权利的区别有：地役权是为利用自己土地的便利而利用他人土地的权利，所谓为利用自己土地的便利是指为增加自己土地利用率，增加土地的使用价值而对于供役地加以利用，并非指不利用供役地即无法利用自己的土地。《中华人民共和国民法典》第三百七十二条地役权人有权按照合同约定，利用他人的不动产，以提高自己的不动产的效益。前款所称他人的不动产为供役地，自己的不动产为需役地。
