释义

法律主观：

婚假是三天。二婚与初婚的法律地位是相同的，因此二婚也可以享受国家规定的婚假。按法定结婚年龄(女20周岁，男22周岁)结婚的，可享受3天婚假。《民法典》第一千零四十九条要求结婚的男女双方应当亲自到婚姻登记机关申请结婚登记。符合本法规定的，予以登记，发给结婚证。完成结婚登记，即确立婚姻关系。未办理结婚登记的，应当补办登记。

《劳动法》第五十一条劳动者在法定休假日和婚丧假期间以及依法参加社会活动期间，用人单位应当依法支付工资。
