释义	法律分析：承诺，只对范围内的问题负责任，而保证，有的涉及担保方面的法律，违反义务，要承担法律责任，甚至被强制执行责任。但广义上，是一个意思，都是诚信的表示。另外，对于保证书或者承诺书自愿签订的，而且符合条件的，均是具有法律效力的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百四十三条具备下列条件的民事法律行为有效：（一）行为人具有相应的民事行为能力；（二）意思表示真实；（三）不违反法律、行政法规的强制性规定，不违背公序良俗。第四百七十九条承诺是受要约人同意要约的意思表示。
