释义	法律分析：机票退改签包括两种：更改和签转。车票上的防伪条码将变成二维码。更改又称改期，指客人的行程不变，承运的航空公司不变的情况下的更改。更改分为两种：同等舱位更改和升舱。同等舱位更改是指所更改的航班的航空公司和舱位都相同；升舱是指所更改的航空公司相同，但所改的舱位折扣高于原订舱位的折扣。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第八百一十六条旅客因自己的原因不能按照客票记载的时间乘坐的，应当在约定的期限内办理退票或者变更手续；逾期办理的，承运人可以不退票款，并不再承担运输义务。
