释义	法律分析: 单位发生办公或经营地点搬迁时应到银行办理迁移账户手续。如果迁入迁出在同一城市，可以凭迁出行出具凭证到迁入行开立新户，搬迁异地应按规定向迁入银行重新办理开户手续。在搬迁过程中，如需要可要求原开户银行暂时保留原账户，但在搬迁结束已在当地恢复经营活动时，则应在一个月内到原开户银行结清原账户。法律依据: 《人民币银行结算账户管理办法》第二条中国人民银行和银行机构通过人民币银行结账户管理系统(以下简称账户管理系统)办理银行结算账户批量迁移(以下简称批量迁移)业务适用本规定。
