电子口岸卡如何处理

法律分析：
企业携带相关证明资料到当地的数据分中心制卡窗口递交入网申请并缴纳相关费用，现场购置法人卡、操作员卡、软件和读卡器。法人卡和操作员卡由数据分中心暂为保留，待入网审批通过后再行领取。电子口岸卡是报关单的电子数据形式。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国海关法》 第二十五条 办理进出口货物的海关申报手续，应当采用纸质报关单和电子数据报关单的形式。
