释义	法律分析：票据期限指的是票据的有效期限。一般从票据签发之日算起，至付款到期日止。持票人必须在票据付款期内，到银行办理结算手续。超过有效期限的票据，银行不予受理。法律依据：《票据法》第五十八条对定日付款、出票后定期付款或者见票后定期付款的汇票，付款人在到期日前付款的，由付款人自行承担所产生的责任。
