问题	赠与人什么时候可以撤销赠与
释义	赠与人享有任意撤销权，赠与财产的权利转移给受赠人之前，赠与动产的尚未交付；赠与的财产依法需要办理登记或者其他手续的，于有关手续办理完毕前可撤销但是不能是下面两种赠与合同，一是经过公证的赠与合同不享有任意撤销权；二是依法不得撤销的具有救灾、扶贫、公益道德性质的赠与合同《民法典》第六百五十八条  赠与人在赠与财产的权利转移之前可以撤销赠与。经过公证的赠与合同或者依法不得撤销的具有救灾、扶贫、助残等公益、道德义务性质的赠与合同，不适用前款规定。
