释义	法律分析：单位没有按规定办理减员手续，就得继续缴纳社保，否则是欠费状态，必须补上的，不然以后没法接着缴纳。如果是单位违规行为，可以向劳动部门举报。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第五十条第一款、八十九条及《中华人民共和国社会保险法》第八十五条规定用人单位应当在解除或者终止劳动合同时出具解除或者终止劳动合同的证明，并在十五日内为劳动者办理档案和社会保险关系转移手续。用人单位拒不出具终止或者解除劳动关系证明，由劳动行政部门责令改正；给劳动者造成损害的，应当承担赔偿责任。
