释义	用人单位应当按时足额支付非全日制劳动者的工资。用人单位支付非全日制劳动者的小时工资不得低于当地政府颁布的小时最低工资标准。非全日制用工的工资支付可以按小时、日、周或月为单位结算。小时工工资结算不得超过15天。在非全日制用工的情况下，劳动者的工资结算支付周期最长不能超过15天。
