2023舅舅需不需要外甥女来赡养呢

外甥女没有抚养舅舅的义务。成年子女对父母负有赡养、扶助和保护的义务。而舅舅不属于外甥女的法定被赡养人。但外甥女自愿赡养舅舅的,不受前述限制。
