法律分析：一般为一到两周，只需要烟草物流绑定送货路线即可。 经审查，申请人的申请符合法定条件的，烟草专卖局应当自受理申请之日起二十日内作出许可书面决定。二十日内不能作出决定的，经本单位负责人批准，可以延长十日，并应当将延长期限理由告知申请人。
