释义	法律分析：推销保健品只要证件齐全、卖正规厂家生产的保健品就不是违法的。因为保健品属于特殊食品，需要先到当地县区级的食品药品监督管理局申请《保健品经营许可证》，然后才能办营业执照，最后办《税务登记证》。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第一百四十二条生产、销售劣药，对人体健康造成严重危害的，处三年以上十年以下有期徒刑，并处销售金额百分之五十以上二倍以下罚金；后果特别严重的，处十年以上有期徒刑或者无期徒刑，并处销售金额百分之五十以上二倍以下罚金或者没收财产。
