释义	法律分析：试用期应当有工资。只要有事实劳动关系存在，不管有无劳动合同或劳动合同是否有效，用人单位都必须付给相应的报酬。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第二十条劳动者在试用期的工资不得低于本单位相同岗位最低档工资或者劳动合同约定工资的百分之八十，并不得低于用人单位所在地的最低工资标准。《中华人民共和国劳动法》第四十六条工资分配应当遵循按劳分配原则，实行同工同酬。工资水平在经济发展的基础上逐步提高。国家对工资总量实行宏观调控。
