释义	法律分析：根据我国票据法规定，保证可以使用具汇票的债务保证之中，但是按照法律规定，保证不得负有条件。法律依据：《中华人民共和国票据法》第四十五条汇票的债务可以由保证人承担保证责任。保证人由汇票债务人以外的他人担当。第四十七条保证人在汇票或者粘单上未记载前条第（三）项的，已承兑的汇票，承兑人为被保证人；未承兑的汇票，出票人为被保证人。保证人在汇票或者粘单上未记载前条第（四）项的，出票日期为保证日期。第四十八条保证不得附有条件；附有条件的，不影响对汇票的保证责任。
