释义	（1）服务对象病情发生变化时，护理人员应及时通知医师，并根据自己的专业知识及临床经验判断是否应暂停医嘱。（2）服务对象对医嘱提出疑问时，护理人员应核实医嘱的准确性。（3）慎重对待口头医嘱。一般不执行口头或电话医嘱。在急诊等特殊情况下，必须执行口头医嘱时，护理人员应向医师重复一遍医嘱，确信无误后方可执行。在执行完医嘱后，应尽快记录医嘱的时间、内容、当时服务对象的情况等，并让医师及时补上书面医嘱。（4）慎重对待“必要时”等形式的医嘱。法律依据《医疗质量管理办法》第三十四条
