释义	法律分析：可以。按照规定，婚前隐瞒了精神病，婚后经治不愈，或者婚前知道对方患有精神病而与其结婚，或一方在夫妻共同生活期间患精神病，久治不愈的，视为夫妻感情确已破裂。一方坚决要求离婚，经调解无效，可依法判决准予离婚。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零五十三条一方患有重大疾病的，应当在结婚登记前如实告知另一方；不如实告知的，另一方可以向人民法院请求撤销婚姻。请求撤销婚姻的，应当自知道或者应当知道撤销事由之日起一年内提出。
