释义	1)遗嘱的变更：遗嘱人在遗嘱设立后对遗嘱内容的部分修改或变动，遗嘱人依法改变其原来所设立的内容，并承认其修改后的遗嘱将因其死亡而发生法律效力的行为。2)遗嘱的撤销：又称遗嘱的撤回，是指遗嘱人在设立遗嘱后又取消原来所里的遗嘱，即遗嘱人将自己原来所立遗嘱的全部内容予以废弃，使之不发生法律效力的单方法律行为。3)遗嘱的变更和撤销都要以有效的遗嘱存在为前提。
