释义	中国大陆法定结婚年龄为男不得早于二十二周岁，女不得早于二十周岁。我国法律关于婚龄的规定，不是必婚年龄，也不是最佳婚龄，而是结婚的最低年龄，是划分违法婚姻与合法婚姻的年龄界限，只有达到了法定婚龄才能结婚，否则就是违法。法定婚龄在不妨碍男女自愿基础上，可以根据本人情况推迟结婚时间。一些单位以享受优惠政策的婚龄代替法定婚龄，不达到这一结婚年龄，不批准男女双方结婚，这样做是不妥的。
