释义	法律分析：不可以，过期的身份证在法律是无效证件，原则上不可以用来证明身份参加考试，但是如果在进场时考官只是用来核对照片年龄来确认是否本人，不注意看背面的有效期的话，也可能会蒙混过关。但是还是建议先去办一张临时身份证，一般在收到申请材料三日内即可领取，很多地方甚至当天即可拿到手。法律依据：《中华人民共和国居民身份证法》第十二条公民在申请领取、换领、补领居民身份证期间，急需使用居民身份证的，可以申请领取临时居民身份证，公安机关应当按照规定及时予以办理。具体办法由国务院公安部门规定。
