释义	法律分析：企业变更法定代表人的，是不需要查账的，但需要提供一定的材料进行审查。法律依据：《企业法人法定代表人登记管理规定》第六条企业法定代表人任职期间出现本规定第四条所列情形之一的，该企业法人应当申请办理企业法定代表人变更登记。第七条企业法人申请办理企业法定代表人变更登记，应当向原企业登记机关提交下列文件： (一)对企业原法定代表人的免职文件(二)新任企业法定代表人的任职文件(三)由企业原法定代表人签署的变更登记申请书。
