释义
1、党员去世后，经生前所在党组织批准可在其遗体或骨灰盒上覆盖党旗。
2、遗体覆盖一般用3号或4号党旗，骨灰盒覆盖一般用5号党旗，但党旗不得随遗体火化或随骨灰盒掩埋。覆盖用党旗可以重复使用，也可以赠送给家属用于骨灰盒室内存放时覆盖。
