释义	法律主观：银行本票的有效期是自出票日起，付款期限最长不得超过二个月。如果银行本票超过提示付款期限为2个月付款期的本票，银行不受理，不予付款。如果本票的提示付款期最后一天正好赶上休息日，可以顺延到休息日后的第一个工作日，这个工作日为提示付款期的最后一天。中间如果有休息日，是不可以扣除。
