释义	法律分析：个人不能申请破产。我国大陆地区并没有设立自然人破产制度，迄今为止我国仅将企业法人纳入适用破产法的主体。因此，在司法实务中，遇到自然人债务人全部财产不足以清偿债务时，均通过民事诉讼程序（主要是通过执行程序）解决该类纠纷。法律依据：《中华人民共和国企业破产法》第二条企业法人不能清偿到期债务，并且资产不足以清偿全部债务或者明显缺乏清偿能力的，依照本法规定清理债务。企业法人有前款规定情形，或者有明显丧失清偿能力可能的，可以依照本法规定进行重整。
