存在安全隐患的房屋能出租吗

法律分析：
我国法律规定，不符合安全标准，存在安全隐患的房屋是不得出租的。如果房东将存在安全隐患的房屋出租出去，那么承租人有权因为房屋存在隐患危及安全而随时提出解除合同。同时，如果将存在安全隐患房屋出租后，在出租期间承租人因为房屋的安全隐患而造成损失的，出租人还需要承担相应的赔偿责任。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国民法典》 第七百三十一条 租赁物危及承租人的安全或者健康的，即使承租人订立合同时明知该租赁物质量不合格，承租人仍然可以随时解除合同。
