如何办理新农合 |

法律分析：
1、根据政府组织引导、农民自愿原则，以户为单位，符合条件家庭成员全部参加方可参合。参合人员每人提供近期一寸正面免冠照片一张。按时间要求到村委会登记并交纳费用。2、村委会负责填写“新型农村合作医疗登记表”和“新型农村合作医疗大病统筹医疗证”的基本情况部分，并将本村参保人员情况汇总，填写“新型农村合作医疗花名册”。3、镇(乡)新型农村合作医疗管理委员会办公室负责审核各村参保人员情况并颁发医疗证。4、各镇(乡)新型农村合作医疗结算中心在规定时间内将参合人员花名册报区新型农村合作医疗管理委员会备案。5、新型农村合作医疗证为一人一证一编码，医疗证由区新型农村合作医疗管理委员会办公室统一印制，镇(乡)新型农村合作医疗管理委员会办公室填写完整，盖章生效并负责发放。

一是新农合缴纳以后，在门诊的看病费用也能进行报销，报销的比例在50%
二是新农合缴纳的费用在当年花费不了，可以在自己的账户内进行储存，可以结转到下一年使用。
三是国家对于农民缴纳的新农合的缴费比例进行提高。
