释义	法律分析：应注意下列事项：1.设计费的确定。当事人列明设计项目的内容，包括项目名称、规模、阶段、投资及设计费；2.定金条款的理解和适用。如果当事人双方同意对定金额度进行修改，该数额不能超过总设计费的20%，超过20%的部分只能作为预付款，而不具有定金的效力；3.设计合理使用年限的确定。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第四百八十四条以通知方式作出的承诺，生效的时间适用本法第一百三十七条的规定。承诺不需要通知的，根据交易习惯或者要约的要求作出承诺的行为时生效。
