释义	要看合同的涂改是否是经过双方的协商，是否是对重要内容的涂改。如果双方经过协商而且不是主要内容的更改，并且修改之处盖的有校对章或者手印，可以具有法律效力。修改后的位置如果没有再由合同当事人签名确认的话修改的部分无效;但一般请款是合同部分无效，不影响合同其他条款的效力，除非那部分是合同的主要、关键条款。《民法典》第五百四十三条，当事人协商一致，可以变更合同。法律依据《民法典》第五百四十三条
