法律分析:《中华人民共和国劳动法》第四十六条规定:工资分配应当遵循按劳分配原则,实行“同工同酬”。同工同酬是指用人单位对于技术和劳动熟练程度相同的劳动者在从事同种工作时,不分性别、年龄、民族、区域等差别,只要提供相同的劳动量,就获得相同的劳动报酬。同工同酬体现着两个价值取向:确保贯彻按劳分配这个大原则,即付出了同等的劳动应得到同等的劳动报酬。
