释义	进厂不会查案底。有犯罪记录的人仍然有劳动的权利和义务，仍然享有工作权。如无特殊情况，有犯罪记录的人如果符合用工条件、仍然有权到工厂工作。如果是使用犯罪人员信息的单位和个人应当按照查询目的使用有关信息并对犯罪人员信息予以保密，不按规定使用犯罪人员信息，情节严重或者造成严重后果的，应当依法追究相关人员的责任。
