释义	法律分析：通常情况下需要提前一定时间告知自己要离职，到时候不管是否批准，其实都是可以解除劳动合同的。不少人认为在自己向单位提出辞职申请的时候，需要单位或者老板批准，而这个时候单位或者老板出于生产的需要，就有可能不会批准辞职，那自己也就无法离开单位。但其实法律并未规定在劳动者提出辞职的时候一定要经过单位或者老板的批准。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》第三十一条劳动者解除劳动合同，应当提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位。
